Parent & Me classes
A child deserves to have an incredible swimming experience in the safest and most fun environment possible. Swimmers will master skills such as floating, submersion, breath control, and propulsion. We do not use noodles, fins, or other floating devices that are attached to a swimmer's body because we believe this gives the student a false sense of security. We start by working with the swimmer to build a positive association with water proprieties while teaching water safety skills and then move towards independent swimming and stroke development.
Private Adult Lessons
Developed for older teens and adults who wish to learn to swim or those who are seeking to overcome a fear of water. Our private adult swim lessons give individual, focused attention so that we can help you accomplish whatever it is that your goals may be. Every step of the way we explain what to expect in the water and how to float. We want you to be comfortable and go at a pace that is right for you.
Parent & Me Lessons
We offer a gentle introduction to an aquatic environment through songs, shower cups, toys, and constant movement through the water and a great bonding experience for the parent and child. Parents are given helpful safety tips and techniques hold their child in the water, the correct way to take them underwater, and the importance of the back float. These lessons are a great way to get started, as they will increase a child’s comfort level in the water and help establish trust between the child and the swim instructors, making the transition to private lessons much smoother.
